CONSTRUCTING COMMUNITY Harnessing the power of its trade and locale, Lloyd Construction crafts Idahoan havens. Nestled between miles of mountains in Ketchum, Idaho, is Lloyd Construction, a premier residential builder on a mission to enhance the heartland community it calls home. In the 1970s, David Lloyd’s father founded the company around the values of communication, loyalty, and craftsmanship.

Lloyd Construction officially opened in 1977 though founder John Lloyd was working in construction long before that. What started as a mom-and-pop operation out of the family garage for him and wife Carolyn Lloyd has now become son David’s operation.
