Personal Space
One of the goals our team sets out to accomplish with every home is to create a space for our clients that meets the unique needs of mountain living with distinct personal style. One of the most exciting features of the Baldy View home is the model car room. The homeowners, who are avid car enthusiasts, wanted a personal space to engage in their favorite hobby and showcase their collection. From game rooms to art displays, home theaters, to model cars, we love to create spaces our clients can use to enjoy their favorite hobbies and activities with the people they love.
Slopeside Style
Another stunning feature of the home is its exterior aluminum spiral staircase, which leads up to a sunny deck on the second floor. This element not only provides a visually striking addition to the exterior of the home, but also offers an unparalleled view of the surrounding mountains and Bald Mountain Ski Area. The home’s plentiful windows also allow for epic views of the ski runs from nearly every room.
Reflection and Relaxation
The location of the home is as equally impressive as its construction and detail. Situated on the bank of a serene pond, this atmosphere provides an ideal space for reflection, relaxation and quiet contemplation. Baldy View is a unique and breathtaking custom home that embodies the natural beauty of the Sun Valley region.
