1 Share Your Vision

The first stage of the Lloyd Way is all about you. New clients complete a comprehensive on-boarding form to share information and the vision for your new home. From there, our team will review your details, any existing architectural plans, and set up a Pre-Construction Agreement (PSA) to begin your home building journey.

2 Collaborate

Once the PSA is signed, our team will build the scopes of work for our trusted trade partners, collect requests for proposals, necessary insurance letters and disclosures. Then, we’ll create a proposal with a custom construction estimate for your review and approval.

3 Communicate

Clear and consistent communication is the cornerstone of the Lloyd Way. We promise to communicate thoroughly, openly, and honestly at every stage of the process. From budget approval to design review, permitting and trade contracts, to construction updates and invoicing, our goal is to be proactive and answer your questions before they arise.

4 Build

We believe that building homes is how we strengthen and grow our community. That’s why we kick off construction with a letter to your neighbors about our activity and how we will keep disruption to a minimum. Our goal is to provide everyone our work impacts with superior service. You can expect regular project updates and quality assurance throughout the duration of your build.

5 Continuing Care

Our work doesn’t end when the construction does. Upon completion of your new home, our team will walk you through inspection, our internal check-out process, system review, and warranty. We will continue to provide support in construction and community for many years to come.
