Ian Sundby

Ian is an experienced project manager who once considered becoming an architect. While in school he competed in drafting competitions at the state level, but after landing his first job on a large custom residential build, he quickly realized his passion was in construction management. “I thrive on having boots on the ground. I’m there to make sure that once your plans are handed off, our team is working hard to ensure the project is carried out smoothly and efficiently.” As Director of Operations and construction project manager, Ian has managed dozens of projects, from small remodels to custom homes and commercial builds. Having worked as a superintendent, estimator, carpenter, and apprentice, his skill-set ranges from initial concept and design, to concrete and framing, and on through to finish work. He lives in Hailey with his wife, five-year old daughter, and Jack Russell Terrier (all of whom keep him on his toes). In his free time, Ian enjoys riding his road and mountain bikes, skiing, snowboarding, and rock climbing.
