Timber Gulch
A contemporary home built for family fun with elevated Sun Valley views.
View from the top
Built at the top of the hill and upon an elevated foundation, homeowners and guests are treated to stunning valley views in every direction. Floor mounted windows in the living area frame the foothills of Wood River Valley and allow ample light to flood the warm and refined space.
Contemporary Mountain Living
Stunning woodwork and elegant materials bedeck the Timber Gulch home from top to bottom. From the built-in bar to the sleek fireplace, and contemporary art-adorned walls, Timber Gulch redefines the mountain aesthetic. The Lloyd team was eager to deliver on the architect, interior designer and homeowner’s vision, installing the mixed materials (wood, metal and textured stone) with an expert touch.
Built for Family Fun
First and foremost our Timber Gulch clients wanted a place to spend time with their adult children and their families. So, creating a home with fun and comfortable spaces for the family to gather was a top priority. From the game room to the spacious kitchen and dining room, Timber Gulch is the perfect place to rendezvous and relax.
The Lloyd Difference
Decades of experience building in Sun Valley has allowed our team to master the art of working in harmony with nature. We are experts at utilizing local materials and incorporating the colors and textures unique to our landscape. We go the extra mile to ensure our clients’ homes meet the needs of mountain living and reflect their personal style.
